Additionally, we will send you an email once the order has been shipped.

Upon placing your order, please allow 1-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item and ship the package out as soon as possible.


  • When will you ship my items?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2-3 business days.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification shipment once the order leaves the warehouse. 

In many instances, based on item availability and shipping time, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US, UK, AU or Asia.

If from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 business days to receive your order. 


  • Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. LoomRack.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. LoomRack.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.


  • When will I receive my order?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Orders shipping from outside of your home country may take longer to arrive.

These orders may pass through multiple shipping carriers, and to save time, scans may be skipped along the way which can result in tracking updates not appearing for part of the journey.

Please allow up to 8-15 business days from the purchase date for your parcel to arrive for US orders.

Australia and Canada shipping time: 8-20 business days.

Rest of world: 1-5 weeks.

Length of time can vary depending on delivery location, customs, and shipping carriers. Because there can be unexpected delays between shipping carriers and Customs, we ask that you please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.


  • What is a "Processing time" and "Shipping time"?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and shipping company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

International delivery usually takes about 15–45 business days. US, UK, CA, NZ, FR, orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 19 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Delivery time ultimately depends on distance traveled, customs, weather, and local delivery standards.


  • Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. 


  • What if my tracking says the item was delivered but I did not receive the item? 

If the tracking number confirms delivery to your address and you did not receive the package, don't worry; shipping carriers usually deliver items within two days of scanning them Out for Delivery or Delivered. Here are some additional tips for locating a delivered package:

  1. Verify your shipping address is correct, from the email confirmation we've sent to you.
  2. Check around the exterior of your house for a notice of attempted delivery. If there is one, call the number on the card to reschedule delivery or pick up.
  3. Look around the entrances of your residence for the package. Search on back porches, in bushes, garages, under grills, or in other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Delivery drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather. Also note, some items such as jewelry are very small and may be shipped in envelopes, tucked among other mail.
  4. Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you. If you live in an apartment complex, contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
  5. Speak with the specific postal carrier who delivers your mail, as they must scan the package in order to mark it "Delivered."
  6. Wait 36 hours - in rare cases, packages may have been scanned Delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. If your order has not arrived 36 hours after tracking shows "Delivered", then you will want to file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier directly. 
  7. If you have had several packages lost or stolen, consider reporting this to a higher authority such as the postal inspector, or your local police department.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement if tracking confirms an order has been delivered to the address provided.

Few more Things to do & Consider:

  • USPS (in the USA) delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day
  • Allow an extra business day for your parcel to arrive. 
  • Contact UPS Hotline - they are liable for mis-delivered mail 1-800-742-5877
  • Contact your local post office and request them to search for the missing parcel. Your best bet is to contact the post office and ask them to ask the driver where he/she left the package. Or, perhaps the package is being held at your local post office. 
Things NOT to do:
  • Panic - we receive messages quite often from concerned customers who have received a "Delivery" notice, only to find their parcel is nowhere. Without fail, the package is usually delivered a few days later, or a notice from customs is found in the mailbox.


  • Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.


  • How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!


  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

We have experienced people not paying after receiving the products, so, unfortunately, that is not something we offer.


  • Will my items be sent in one package?

Many products are manufactured and shipped from different facilities. To ensure you get your products as quickly as possible, your order will be shipped in multiple packages if needed. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.


  • What if my order takes longer than 30 business days?

If your order takes longer than 30 business days to arrive during the non-peak season, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.


  • What if I receive a wrong size?

For example: If you have ordered size "M" but you have received size "S".

If that's the case please take a picture of the item with the visible size info and send it to our customer support. We are happy to send you a replacement due to the error once we verify the wrong size.
